Cold Weather Blues

Oh man do I have the cold weather blues! It’s -18 Celsius here in Toronto but it feels like -26 and it’s suppose to feel like -32 tonight!

So I thought today I’d post some of my favourite memories from this past summer to help remind me that the sun will come back and everything will be nice and warm again, in a few months.

Cold Weather BluesRic Barry and I at the Opening Day demonstration at Marineland in May. If you don’t understand why we were protesting , please watch Blackfish.

Summer2In June I was a bridesmaid at my brother’s wedding. The weather was gorgeous, unlike today.

Summer3Chad and I went hiking at Bruce Peninsula National Park. The water was so blue! I love it there.

Summer4In August, Marissa, Lisa and I went to visit Farm Sanctuary in Watkins Glen, NY and it was MAGICAL! Yes, there was a bit of rain on the weekend, but I got sheep hugs, so it was A-Ok. I can’t wait to go back this summer.

Summer5Summer mean polka dot dresses and drinking beer samples at the Roundhouse Park Craft Beer Festival. Good times had by all this past summer and I am looking forward to making new memories this summer. It just has to hurry up and get here!
